I know this cases. I have one of them in my collection.

Heuer 2000 60 meter quartz chronograph. Both chronographs that use this cases is listed in a 1984 Heuer catalogue at onthedash website.

They have a rather cool piggyback movement. The chronograph modul is mechanical, and the same is used in the automatic version.
