Re: looked cheap to me aswell
In Response To: looked cheap to me aswell ()

Congratulations Matt, I was the second highest bidder.

I have been in the market for an 1133 also and thought that this would be a reasonably priced way of getting my hands on one. A case back with pushers and crystal sold for 700£ a few months back on ebay (which I missed out on also). It was listed as a 'Heuer Tool 033'.

I agree with Jeff's summary of what can be made out of this with some patience.

Congratulations once again, and enjoy the Monaco. Hopefully Ill join you in 1133 ownership soon also.

Regards,
Matt

: project and it will take time but ive managed to get one. this
: was at the very top of what i could afford, so im super happy
: with it. if anyone has advice where i could get the missing
