My best guess would put this one in the $500 to $600 range. The crack through the bezel is common on these plastic models, but still causes the deduction. I believe that there are sources for the missing back-plate.

Pair a nice plastic Monte Carlo with a nice Master Time, and the value for the pair is probably in the $2,000 range.
