Problem with watchwinder and Cal. 11/12 movements

I recently got hold of this watchwinder ( www.watchwindershop.dk/product.asp?product=147 ) for my automatic watches. I run it so that it turns both ways.

But it seems that it does not wind my calibre 11 and 12 watches correctly as they stop after some days in the winder. Both watches are newly serviced.

My 1985 Heuer Diver with ETA and Omegas keeps running as they should.

Is this a known problem? Could it be related to the microrotor? Any input is welcome!
