I agree with all that you write -- this is very nice sample of a very rare watch. The chrono second hand seems to have been replaced (as it should be white, not black); the bezel insert has probably been replaced (although I believe that Heuer did make a similar one with the divers marks); and the main hands also appear to be fresher than the luminous on the dial (so these main hands seem to have been replaced).

Still, I like the originality of the aging on the dial and the case seems to be in excellent condition. So is this one in your collection or will you be adding it soon?
