Special Limited Edition; Auction Estimate in $10K Range

looks to me as though this is one of the 50 pieces, made in a special limited edition, to mark the merger of Heuer and Leonidas, circa 1964. Estimated value in the $10K range.
Just kidding, of course . . . one of the craziest looking (presumably) fakes that I have ever seen!! But interesting how it must have been produced? A very different looking thing.
