Hello Stepan,
When you got your watch back, TH most probably put an NOS flange with Tritium markers, which may glow ever so little, whereas the hands supplied are newer, and as such will glow more, whether they are tritium of luminova is hard to say w/out seeing..perhaps you could post a picture..you should note that the replacement hands that are being offered are slightly narrower and shorter than the originals...
