My suggestion would be to pass on this one, and wait for a good one, with all correct elements. This is a decent price for a fully-correct chrono, but I don't see this as a bargain for one that needs a bezel insert, etc. For this price, or maybe a little more, you should be able to get a correct Skipper, and not need to undertake a project.
