One of the most enjoyable things about this hobby, and specifically the OnTheDash / Chronocentric / website aspect, is that I receive a steady stream of e-mail messages, from collectors all around the world, asking questions, showing me their watches, etc. [As an aside, let me say that, on a good day, I try to respond to all these messages!]
Yesterday, I had the pleasure of receiving a simple question from a collector in Switzerland, about one specific version of the automatic Autavia. [Don't worry, we will see and discuss his special Autavia very soon.] By the end of the day, he had shared a magnificent photo of his "briefcase".
So what do we think of this collection? For me, it tells us a lot about this meticulous expert, who has assembled such a beautiful and varied collection, and then taken this awesome photo.
