I think you're referring to the one on ebay just now, right?
I was wondering about that too.
When they came out at the end of the 90s I saw one with the regular black face and a red sweep hand new for sale in a reputable jewellers in Amsterdam.
Don't know whether it was a special mod for them or not...
I've never seen one since and certainly never seen one with a blue dial.
It did look good with the red hand though :-)
