What do you think of this piece?

It seems to be a Landeron movement, isn't it?

It's Leonidas signed, but the movement is signed Heuer-Leonidas.

The blue hands seem to be enamel painted - quite wierd, although matching the tachy numbers. Also strange the different subregisters hands.

Can anybody give some impressions about this watch?
