The three chronograph dials on the watch are 24 hour Format, Month and Day.
Mark gives an elegant analysis, but I believe that the sentence quoted above is all we need to answer this question. If it has these three registers, then it is probably an inexpensive Chinese fake. This configuration is popular in China, but not used by TAG-Heuer (to my knowledge).
