jeff , i gained 3 more bizzes via this by contacting ex-collegues, which have moved to other companies. normally you cant monitor 150 collegies...waht they do and dont...my first company was 25.000 coworkers...so its also hard to ask where someone is now..people move osition each and every 3 years...or move outside.

so a turnover of 225 keuro. in 3 months.
