hello,you will need to pull off the crown .dose that mean remove the crown. or leave it intack to the movement. and try the flat screwdriver thing .now you say this i think i can do it.

: If you have the dial out of the case, you should be able to see the

: crown, then very very carefully go with a small flat head
: screwdriver between the underside edge of the dial and the case
: bottom, and gently pry up on the crown side from 12 to 6, will
: do not much good on the pusher side, other than freeing the dial
: from the case bottom if it is 'gooped' on..
