Hans has Retired / Still Working Through TAG-Heuer
In Response To: "Hans" & Repair : Question ()

Hans began with Heuer in the early 1960's and ran their service operation here in the United States for many years. He has retired from the company, but still does some service work for TAG-Heuer. The only way to have him work on your watch is through TAG-Heuer, in Springfield, New Jersey.

Contact information for TAG-Heuer's US service operation is as follows:

LVMH Watch & Jewelry USA
After-Sales Service Division
966 S. Springfield Avenue,
Springfield, NJ 07081
Phone / Toll-Free (866) 260-0460
Phone (973)-912-5252
Fax (973) 467-5495

That's the best way to have your chronograph serviced by the legendary Hans.

Let us know how it all goes.
