YES -- I wrote to this seller last night

I spotted this last night, and wrote to the seller.

His direct lift of the OnTheDash language, from the Poor Man's Page, makes very little sense (in the context of his ebay listing) and also violates my copyright rights. As a courtesy, he should at least have provided a reference to OnTheDash.

He replied to my e-mail and offered to delete the listing. I told him that he could use the language (and continue the listing), and he will allow me to use his photographs OnTheDash.
