How to adjust GF rice grain bracelets?

Here is a picture of my new Autavia 1163 Orange with a very long bracelet. It has 7 links on one side and 11 links on the other. What is full factory length?

It is not because I have to shorten it, but I am wondering how to do it. On most bracelets you have to press out a pin, but that is not possible. Do you have to force open the small “rice grains”? Will be difficult to close again.

Thanks in advance for your always qualified answers.
