The latitude of the word "Monaco" should be at the exact center of the applied marker at nine o'clock. Or at least it is on the other Cal 15 Monaco dials that appear to be entriely original. So we have longditude problem on the "Heuer" and latitude problem on the "Monaco" . . . My vote: refinished.
