Interesting Pasadena

Apologies if this has been discussed before, I could not find anything in a variety of searches..

I am sure many of you have seen this watch on ebay:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=280382086246&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT

It has me rather puzzled; as the case is unlike anything I have seen before on a 'pasadena' or indeed any Heuer of that vintage with a 7750 or 5100. So i thought it must be a re-dial, BUT it has been serviced by TAG and therefore given providence. Surely they would not service frakenwatches.

Can any one shed some light on this piece?
