Not sure which one.

I like this one because of the carbon fibre dial:

Though I'm not very keen on the typography in general, and the 1 and R-A-C-I-N-G are very cheesy.

I do love rose gold, so perhaps this one if it didn't say "Michael Schumacher" on the dial and just had it engraved demurely on the back:

I even quite like the garishly coloured ones! Maybe I'd plump for the red one, it's quite close to the Silverstone's red:
