There have been a number of these cases and dials on sale at Ebay over the last few months- All parts NOS, including the glass. However, these part sales didn't have the correct hands- and the hands on the watch in your photo aren't correct either- take a look at this photo from the catalog- these are the right hands

Yes, the manual wind Valjoux 7765 is correct for this model.

In summary, I am sure that this watch has been put together by someone who bought the parts from Ebay, but like some of the Lemania Silverstone's discussed last week, its the correct hands that these watches are missing and that gives them away as not being 100% authentic.
