An interesting one Jeff. Peter Windsor was team manager of Williams many years ago and knows the business. I fear that of all of the new teams that are supposed to come in next year, USF1 is the one that won't make it on time. Last I read, they have an empty factory ready to go, but no car as yet...given that the first race is in six months time, this sounds like they will be cutting it very fine...
