Case refinishing
In Response To: suplementary question... ()

Here are a couple of pics of an early 70s Breitling Datora case that has the same "sunburst" radial finishing pattern on the face. I have developed my own method of duplicating this type of finish as close to the original as I can. I have never found anyone else who can do it. It's all done by hand and it is a time consuming and tedious process. It took quite a bit of work to develop this so I will not reveal how its done. However, you can contact me for an estimate. Thanks, Craig

: suplementary question...
: Anyone know a good DIY way to tidy up the brushed finish on the
: front of an Autavia?
: Don't worry, nothing drastic, just minor tidying.
: Out of interest, what tools do the pros use for this?
