I did some "surfing" and spotted this one, made for the South African Air Force.

For comparison purposes, I am also re-posting the photo of yours.

It appears that the South African version seeks to clean up the dial and improve legibility by deleting the "day" indication, deleting the 12-hour recorder, and going with all white hands.

But if you want a Lemania 5100 that is really legible, and can live without constant seconds, maybe this Sinn EZM1 wins the prize as the cleanest design of all.
