i know - strange hands we have!
i am not sure about the swiss boutique theory - both of my blue monacos are missing the swiss C-number. one is from austria (i think always has been there),
the other one from a long time owner in germany.
i was hoping that the OTD serial number project could bring some clarity - let's see ...
