Need help on Heuer Caliber Lemania 1873 in 18KYG

Hello all. I am in a great need of help to whom is willing to share their knowledge on my Heuer with Lemania 1873 caliber in 18KYG. Inner case #187508. I have been looking through the internet the historical background on this piece but fail to find one until I feel: well is this true Heuer of a fake one?? I hope anybody who read this message could share knowledge on this one.
