Paintless 157189, Paintless 157200 and now Paintless 157221

So we learn that (a) there was definitely a problem with this batch of paint, and (b) this case seems to be original to the dial. They seem to have solved the paint problem by 157 224, as that one remains a perfect blue, to this day.
