AR lunette turns too easily - any experiences and suggestion

Have my TH Aquaracer Chrono Auto Day-Date since May and from the very beginning the turning lunette turns unintentionally, so can hardly be used for timing. Haven't been to the authorized service yet but an excellent watchmaker (at the Rolex authorized service) looked at the watch and told me that nothing can be done because it comes from the construction. I'd be more than happy to read as many owner's experience as possible, also about the new AR 500 m calibre 5.
My bezel turned in the last 24 hours 11 minutes... only bureau work, so nothing physical. I think it is not acceptable.
Thank you, best regards: Robertus
