Honestly, it only takes a modicum of research to grasp that there is nothing correct about that dial. They would need a correct second hand to get it up to scratch too, and the timekeeping hands look corroded - possibly through water damage, which is always a concern though the movement doesn't seem to have been badly affected by water ingress.

I say nothing correct, those do look like Carrera markers. The lume has been totally removed, so I have to presume this is a redial. Done, presumably, by someone with no reference material or idea of how the Carrera script and registers should look. Though they got the Heuer shield ok.
