It's a genuine gold capped Heuer Automtic from 1950/60. The movement is a AS 1361 or 1361N. These Heuer came in many different dials and cases.
I have had several. Nice little watches.
Value between USD 100.00 - 400.00. Most go for 2-300.00 USD.
