There is a LOT of dirt around the edge of the crystal and the sides of the case where it pops out (visible in the third photo). Couple that with the seller stating it's not a runner and you might be looking at needing a donor movement.

Other than that, I'm with David, it looks straight and it's nice that, whilst patinated, the lume sticks are unbroken. Bit of a project then, but with the work it could be a nice watch.
