Hi Rich,
i remember some time ago (maybe 4/5 years) seeing one of these boxes being sold as part of a complete set with (exactly as Paul has suggested) a 2446 Autavia.
I'm certain it was an ebay listing in europe but cant remember which country. From memory it fetched quite a premium over the market price levels at that time.
