scary part was i was so fascinated by the white dial and blue second hand that i never noticed the wrong bezel.

any ideas what caused this one to go for so high? is this the hottest heuer right now, or are they getting very, very scarce compared to the olden days? since i've been hunting i've only seen maybe 3, well 4 counting this one, and all went for less than this one. did there used to be dozens floating around?

what did you other lucky owners pay or what range did you acquire yours for? reason i'm asking is this amount seems quite high over what i would have guessed, maybe the weak dollar is distorting my view?
