Plain strap? Love it!

I really like the plain strap. I believe it is the correct look for the period, and certainly matches the straps pictured in the 1970 and 1971 (and other) catalogs.

I've tried hard to find modern replacement straps like these without stitching and it seems almost impossible to find today (OK, let's just say difficult to find). Same with non-padded straps - almost impossible to find these days outside of 70s NOS.

If anyone can find a source to get a bulk of really plain, non-padded straps like these made, I'd be in for 10-20 of them!
