Those kind of straps are called "Commando's"...


I got this watch from a deceased US Army soldiers family. It came on an nylon NATO strap that covered the whole watch when not being viewed! I guess thats why the watch is in such GREAT shape!

Those kind of straps are called "Commando Straps"... They are made out of the same material as Car Seat Belts and in addition to protecting the watch, they prevent shine from the watch or the luminious betraying the wearer's position. They are the most comfortable straps ever made in my opinion, althought they are not very stylish.

This also why the original PVD bracelet is MINT!
