Autavia 2446C for Argentina Air Force / Nice Markers

Yesterday, I focused on the unusual markers found on this Autavia (shown below; Lot 73 in the Haslinger auction). At least they look unusual to me.

What can the experts tell me about these markers, with the black inserts? Special version of the 2446C (for Argentinian Air Force), or were they used throughout a certain production period? Similar to the markers on the early Carreras, Ref 1153?

These markers look awesome, with these hands. Who can tell us more?

Jeff
