Travel advice for those coming to London next week

I have just been making some preparations for the exciting trip to London next week and i thought i'd pass on some great advice to all our forum members.

This advice may be seem obvious but i hope that it may inspire some of you to plan a safer trip. Take photo's of any watches you are planning to bring with you to London and then email a copy of the photo's to yourself with all the appropriate model and case numbers. This way if anything BAD were to happen you have proof & identification to work with.

The second obvious point of security is to place all your treasured pieces in the safe or safe security boxes while you travel. When compared to value of you collection these security boxes are only a small annual expense and could save you from absolute heartbreak should a thief target your house whilst away.

Sorry to bring up this serious and negative note but i truly hope i can inspire those of you that have not considered this before.

Have a great weekend and i look forward to seeing as many of you as is possible in London next week - Darren
