It is so disappointing not to be in London for this very special event, but let me send best wishes to everyone who will be a part of these two wonderful days. To the folks from Bonhams and TAG-Heuer, to Arno, to all the organziers, to all the participants, to the bidders and the buyers, best wishes for a fantastic couple of days. We will count on you guys to remember the details, and tell the stories, and convey this chapter in the history of our community.

: So its a beautiful summers day here in Melbourne, but it's hard not
: to wish that I was in cold, wet London....even when my boys are
: 1-0 down in the Ashes (there is truly no worse place to be than
: the UK when the English are beating us in anything)

: Hard to believe that it was May 2008 when a group of us first met
: up in Switzerland- Arno, Jasper, Jan, Abel, Ron Maarten and
: Fabrizio. It truly was a great experience, not just because of
: the TAG Heuer hospitality, but because of the chance to turn a
: "virtual" hobby into something real and meet the
: people behind the screen names.

: On behalf of all of us who can't be there, I hope that those going
: to the dinner have a truly great night tonight (its already
: Tuesday lunchtime here in the South) and enjoy the auction
: tomorrow.
