Clearly, it has the wrong hands and chrono needles (from other Cal 12 Heuers, but never used on the Monaco);

dial appears to have significant tar damage, from the melted seal (especially at 12:00, twelve o'clock).

Bottom Line: way over-priced at 6,900 Euro.
