Having read the last two days of post regarding the auction it is my opinion that the Haslinger collection were exceptional, the crown jewels of the Heuers all in perfect/mint or NOS condition.
Obviously if examples in similar condition were ever to come up again and be sold under the same circumstances (Advertisement/TAG Heuer endorsement etc.) the prices may be close to the auction prices.

I certainly hope that the prices of the normal worn condition watches do not inflate as my very new collection of six heuers will not proceed and grow....!
