Hello, I am thinking of buying a beautiful Tag Heuer Professional 200 meter watch on ebay, but the description read that the bezel spins freely and does not lock into position. Is this an easy fix for any watch repair technician or is this a job for an authorized TH dealer? I live in the sticks and the closest probable authorized repair shop would be 4 hours away. Thanks in advance for your help.
