The dial is what attracted me. Many photos show the dial with 3 sections, which I wasn't sure I liked, but having seen the superb photos that Paul took on his site (http://www.heuerworld.com/photo_6312967.html#photos_id=5635297) it changed my mind. It really comes alive in natural light and the CdG is so finely and beautifully executed. The '3 bands' mellow in natural light and has a different look completely. I think the barrel case is stunning. What surprises me is that it isn't as large as i thought it would be. I'm over the moon about it! the case needs a little TLC, nothing major, but it really is something special in my eyes.
