In Response To: Red Heuer box sold on e-bay for 500GBP ()

Price for these boxes is £400-500 for a intact one, but there are people less fussy about the insert being original than others and they come up rarely, so overpaying slightly as they have done is not such a big deal. If you wait for a complete original one to come up on Ebay you may wait another 6 months +.

The key thing is the band and the insert replacement seems to have been done quite well.

Would i have bought it for £500 no, but i don't think it was too outlandish a price.
