It is not an easy task. If you are sure that pushbuttons are loose and should be retightened, the case is to be opened, crown and winding stem released by undoing the setting lever screw. Casing clams are then released, what allows entire movement to be removed from the case. The heads of the button screws are now visible inside the case and can be tightened. Reassemble in reverse order. Good luck!
