So, anything bar a watch with covered (e.g. Montreal) or integral (e.g. Daytona) lugs then?

Then Monaco I guess. Unless you want more of a classical style of "horned" lug? In that case, a Bundeswehr might suit?

And while it's not particularly big (the size of a second generation Carrera, more or less) the Verona does have a nice interpretation of a classical lug shape:
