One of the pushers looks like it's a replacement too, looks smaller than the other. The one register just looks a bit cleaner than the others - dials are typically one unit, so you can't really replace one part, with some exceptions like the tide register on the A&F Jeff posted recently. I'm a bit concerned about the greenish cast on the other two registers, it's almost as if something is growing on them!! Possibly been moisture in the watch at some point.

It's quite a lot of patina for a 2.1k watch, but if you like it...
