I'm lefthanded too.. but I've always worn my watches on my left wrist...
when it's on your right you can't reach the chrono buttons and you have the weight on your shifting arm.
(explanation for UK readers: we continentals drive on the correct side of the road, so our gearbox is to our right.)
(explanation for US readers: a gearbox is a mechanical device with a long stick poking into the car's interior... used in real men's cars.)
