The only thing I'm seeing from that photo that I make take exception to is that the case seems a bit reflective, so could have been polished and lost the brushed finish (the main case body has a vertical brushed finish, the ring around the dial should be polished). Not uncommon, if you look at all the watches under 1153 in the index you'll see plenty have lost some of the finish to one extent or another.

The caseback should have a circular brushed finish on the other hand, like the watch on the left here:

A photo I took recently to show the differences between an 1153 caseback and that of the follow-up models, the 110.253s. I can live with scratches on the caseback of a vintage watch :)
