Poor mans Heuers Zodiac Autavia Franken?

I have two Zodiac poor mans Heuers. Both of them have the same dial (black and orange) and movement (Val 7734) etc… but they have different cases and ref numbers.
One of them ref #73463 is identical to the Heuer Autavia of similar ref# from what I can gather from OTD. The other ref#734713 is a bit of a mystery to me. I don’t see any Heuers with a corresponding ref# or style of case.
What I’m trying to figure out is if the second is a true poor mans Heuer or a franken Zodiac with a case from another Zodiac or something else?

As you guys can see from the photos it’s rough. It winds and sets but the date and chrono don’t work and the hands have been replaced. If it is a frankenwatch I will likely just let it go but I might keep it around if it isn’t.

Thanks,

Eddie
