Yep, the Tachy scale on an 1153 should be just that, "Tachy" rather than the full "Tachymeter", "Tachymetre" or whatever your preferred spelling is! You'll notice that the original Heuer scales have the numbering written horizontally whereas this watch has them orientated radially.

Stewart picked up on the colour of the chrono seconds hand - look closely and you'll also see it's the wrong shape. The original Carrera hand is slender, swells in a circle at the pinion, then resumes tapering to a point. This one has a constant taper, much like the hand on a contemporary Autavia, which it could well have come from, given that it would clearly fit as the movement is the same. The register needles look a bit fat, white and tapering too.

So it appears a few parts have been replaced over the years, might want to factor that in as a cost if you want originality.
